Cinnamon Tyler founded Abaca Mortgage after relocating from Atlanta to Navarre in 2002. Her mortgage career began in 1998 with SunTrust Bank (now Truist Bank), and for more than two decades she has been dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.
A strong believer in community involvement, Cinnamon has devoted countless hours to supporting local organizations and civic initiatives throughout Northwest Florida. Her leadership and volunteer service have included involvement with the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Navarre Area Board of Realtors, Navarre YMCA, Partners for Youth, Santa Rosa Young Professionals, The Emerging Leaders, Better Business Bureau of Northwest Florida, The American Cancer Society, The Emerald Coast Honor Flight, Santa Rosa County Leadership (Class 23 Graduate), Santa Rosa Kids’ House, Santa Rosa County Veterans Memorial Foundation, United Way of Santa Rosa County, South Santa Rosa Education Committee, Navarre High School Advisory Council, Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and the Gulf Islands National Seashore Sea Turtle Protection Program.
Today, Cinnamon continues her commitment to the community by serving on the Boards of Directors for both the Santa Rosa County Veterans Memorial Foundation and the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. As a passionate advocate for sea turtle conservation, she actively supports initiatives and local ordinances designed to protect these endangered species and preserve their habitat for future generations.
In addition to her mortgage expertise, Cinnamon is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in rental property management, property renovations, rehabilitation projects, and new construction. Licensed in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, she is uniquely positioned to assist clients with a wide range of financing needs throughout the Southeast.
